Booking Policy

Booking and Scheduling:

  •  Clients must book sessions in advance with a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

  • Session dates and times are subject to availability.

Location:

  • Photoshoots will take place in outdoor or indoor settings using natural light.

  • Specific locations can be discussed and chosen based on mutual agreement.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients have 48 Hours after paying Deposit to reschedule a session. There will be a rescheduling fee applied after 48 hours.

  • Deposit will not be refunded after client cancels Photo Session.

Weather Conditions:

  • In the event of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • The photographer reserves the right to reschedule if weather conditions are not conducive to achieving high-quality portraits.

Session Duration:

  • Sessions typically last up to an Hour, and any extension may incur an additional fee.

Client Cooperation:

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and be ready for the session.

  • If more than 20 minutes late, Photo Session will be rescheduled and a fee will be applied 

Image Delivery:

  • A specified number of edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 2 Weeks.

  • Clients will receive an online gallery of retouched images by photographer.

Editing and Retouching:

  • Basic editing, color correction, and enhancements are included.

  • Clients do not have the option to choose images. The photographer will curate the selection based on their artistic discretion. 

Usage Rights:

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for the images.

  • Commercial use requires additional arrangements.

Payment:

  • Full payment is due on or before the day of the photoshoot.

  • Additional products or services must be paid for separately.

Refunds:

    - Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

Raw Images:

  • Clients do not have rights to the raw, unedited images. The photographer retains exclusive rights to all raw files.

Editing Restrictions: 

  • Clients are prohibited from editing, altering, or applying filters to the finished images provided by the photographer. The integrity of the artist's work should be preserved. If posted, you will be asked to take it down and repost the final images the photographer delivered. 

Final Images: 

  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
